The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader in revenue operations with a strong background in B2B, particularly in roles related to sales, marketing, finance, and operations. This pivotal role involves owning and leading strategies to resolve non-customer facing issues, as well as prioritizing and executing systems across various operational functions. The VP will be responsible for leveraging data to drive the sales planning process, designing and monitoring sales compensation plans, and ensuring the effectiveness of commercial tools and processes. A key aspect of the role is to lead and influence cross-functionally, manage high-performing teams, and support the development of efficient, data-driven strategies for the go-to-market team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in B2B revenue operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, and a proven track record of building and leading revenue operations practices. They should be passionate about business intelligence, possess a thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies, and have advanced skills in Salesforce and associated systems. The role requires an individual who is analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong project management and communication skills. Experience in the employer benefits or health plan markets is a plus.
