This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a strong understanding of the market and consumer trends, capable of incorporating futuristic features that anticipate customer needs. The VP of Design will be responsible for leading the long-term product strategy, steering design teams from concept to execution, and maintaining a strong, environmentally conscious design philosophy.As the VP of Design, you will be expected to be an innovative leader with extensive experience in the design of lifestyle products, particularly in the luggage, bags, and accessories categories. The role involves not only strategic decision-making but also a hands-on approach, providing mentorship and guidance to the design teams. The ideal candidate will have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates a balance between innovation and commercialization, and be proficient in the various facets of the design lifecycle.
