This role requires a leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in enterprise selling motions, and a proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing sales teams in hyper-growth settings. The VP will be tasked with defining sales strategies, fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, and implementing modern sales best practices. Key responsibilities include developing a strong sales organization, training and mentoring staff, and participating in the closing of strategic opportunities.Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Revenue position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least 15 years' experience in sales and marketing management, and a minimum of 5 years in enterprise software sales leadership. The role demands a candidate with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, experience in global sales expansion, and a strong background in consultative, value-based selling.
