This senior leadership position demands a professional with over 10 years' of experience in relevant fields such as management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, or business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing both short and long-term business KPIs, employing best-in-class strategies, and conducting data analysis to provide data-driven insights. The role requires a deep understanding of the entertainment streaming landscape and business models, and the ability to influence senior management with compelling narratives backed by data.Key responsibilities for the VP, MSP&A include leading the analysis for long-range planning, audience segmentation, and consumer behavior, as well as partnering with internal and external teams to prioritize audience profiles. The role also involves developing KPIs for marketing and social media that align with business objectives, and working closely with the Organic Social team to craft the organic social strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaboration, innovation, and managing multiple projects, and will be an exceptional communicator with a high level of business acumen.
