The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.The VP of Product Design at the company will be responsible for overseeing the design of a product tailored for open-source intelligence analysts and various professionals in financial crime prevention and risk management. This includes setting the design vision, leading a team of designers, and ensuring the product's user experience meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving design initiatives that align with the company's business goals. A deep understanding of UX/UI design and a passion for creating intuitive and effective user experiences are a must.
