As a Vice President, you will drive innovation, ensuring seamless adoption across various infrastructures and services. You will focus on simplifying access to our data and AI platform products, enhancing platform stability and capabilities, and aligning consumption across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployment options.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the strategic vision and execution for product management across our platform offerings.• Drive innovation in accessing and enhancing the performance and stability of our platform products.• Align broad delivery teams to invest in our differentiated engine, ensuring competitiveness in efficiency and performance.• Oversee product teams to optimize modern infrastructure for the best price/performance across deployment models.• Drive alignment with strategic infrastructure providers and the open-source community, meeting enterprise-class system requirements.• Provide leadership in vendor contract negotiations to support product objectives.• Partner with customers and partners to support sales initiatives and communicate platform strategies.Impact:This role has a significant impact on our product landscape, driving the evolution of our engine and infrastructure. Your strategic decisions will contribute to market leadership, customer satisfaction, and the company's overall strategic differentiation.What Success Looks Like:• Leading all aspects of engine and infrastructure platform investments.• Grow and guide expert product managers to drive understanding and execution within product teams and externally with go-to-market teams and customers.• Refine strategy and prioritize product infrastructure portfolio for growth and adoption.• Leading teams to maximize the benefits of infrastructure offerings, particularly in AI and ML workloads.• Balancing the adoption of proprietary infrastructure services with building generalized infrastructure.• Exploring and leveraging new market trends to maintain leading capabilities.• Driving cloud service providers to enhance their offerings to support specific requirements.Collaboration:You will lead a team of product managers, working closely with cross-functional experts, including product managers, developers, and engineers, as well as collaborating with sales, operations, and IT partners. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on infrastructure, hardware, and platforms (PaaS/SaaS).• Proven success in driving product strategy and execution.• Experience leading high-performing global teams.• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Deep understanding of the data and analytics SaaS market.• Track record of successfully launching and iterating on SaaS platforms.• Passion for staying current with industry trends and driving product innovation.Our culture:We prioritize a people-first culture, recognizing that our team is central to our success.
