The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction for all revenue cycle activities, including financial clearance, professional and technical coding, clinical documentation integrity, and billing and collection. This role involves organizational leadership, strategic planning, policy formation, budgeting, and personnel management to ensure the achievement of the organization's objectives. The Vice President will also work closely with compliance and information systems leaders to oversee the support, quality assurance, and training activities related to revenue cycle information systems and applications.Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive senior leadership experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in hospital and physician revenue cycle operations. A deep understanding of medical billing and coding is essential. The role requires a leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills, capable of working collaboratively with peers, staff, patients, and faculty.
