About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP International Family Care & Professional (IFP) Supply Chain to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the supply chain for its iconic brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the financial and operating objectives set by the overall segment business plans, leading manufacturing operations across multiple countries, and driving supply chain transformation. This executive will also be a key representative on the Enterprise Supply Chain Leadership Team, influencing and aligning supply chain initiatives with the global strategy.
The role demands a leader with a strong background in supply chain management, including manufacturing, finance, logistics, and large-scale program management, and requires the ability to build and manage a world-class supply chain network. The ideal candidate for the VP Supply Chain role at the company will have over 10 years of supply chain-related leadership experience in the consumer products industry, with a proven track record of success.
