The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, with a strong focus on the defense and intelligence market, to meet revenue targets. This executive will be responsible for engaging with senior U.S. Government officials to support the collection and analysis of geospatial data for ISR missions, particularly in the RF domain. The role involves building and managing a high-performing business development and sales team, delivering on revenue objectives, and maintaining a balanced approach between external sales efforts and internal team coaching. The VP will also be expected to establish and nurture strategic client relationships, participate in the development of sales proposals, and represent the company at relevant events.Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a minimum of 12 years of USG business development and sales experience, with a proven track record of success in revenue generation. Essential qualifications include a strong network of relationships within the U.S. Government, experience in team management, and a deep understanding of the defense and intelligence market. The role requires a candidate with the ability to identify and win business opportunities, as well as the capacity to influence product strategies in line with customer needs. A technical background in RF, particularly in ELINT and Electronic Warfare, is highly desirable.
