If you have a passion for shaping financial success and leading high-impact initiatives, this is your chance to make a significant difference!Responsibilities:• Lead, review, and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, long-range strategic plan, provide periodic business analysis and provide financial support for strategic initiatives• Review, guide, manage, and approve forecasts, monthly performance reviews, periodic business reviews, annual budgets• Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and partner with the Controller to create and develop KPIs to drive business decisions• Act as a business partner to the CFO and other senior business leaders to identify and harvest value opportunities across the company• Monitor the company’s performance against its long-range strategic plan• Evaluate and monitors actual performance against business plan, reporting variancesSkills/Qualifications:• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance• 8+ years of finance experience• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods• Proven track record in successfully supporting growth using strong analytical skills and effective financial modeling and tracking• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives• Highly analytical with the ability to consume and process large amounts of information• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
