Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles). On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.

Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Eden Prairie, MN 55343, Phoenix, AZ 85034 and Atlanta, GA

Primary business hours are 7am to 10pm CT Monday-Friday and 8:30am-7pm Saturdays
New hire shifts will be evening shifts generally working no later than 8pm local time. All new hires will work a 9 hour Monday with a 7 hour shift later in the week.
All agents will work a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation with a comp day following their Saturday (generally a Wednesday or Thursday)
We conduct training from 9:00am-5:30pm CT– No Time off allowed during training hours (Training is approximately 6 weeks)
