This position is remote after some in office trainings to start the role. Handle foreseen and unforeseen schedule changes. • Track arrival and departure time • Obtain all the necessary documentation from the techs to complete the work. • Assist in the support of the techs onsite. Answer questions and / or escalate for proper support • Approve the work based on deliverables successfully matching the work to be performed.
