Business Development Representative

Connections Outsourcing is on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities through various lead generation methods, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to build relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in strategies and messaging.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adapt business development strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
