Account Manager & Digital Performance Manager (AU Advertising Agency, WFH)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with expertise in performance channels like Wordpress, SEO, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics 4 and other marketing analytics platforms for campaign effectiveness assessment. 
  • Strong project management abilities to coordinate multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) 

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders, including presenting campaign performance reports and strategies persuasively. 

What will you do?

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Crafting holistic strategies for performance marketing campaigns tailored to clients' objectives and budgets across various digital platforms like PPC, social media, and display advertising. 
  • Campaign Implementation: Overseeing the execution and management of marketing campaigns on diverse platforms, involving ad creation, optimization, target setting, and budget monitoring. 
  • Performance Analysis: Utilising analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, measuring key metrics such as KPIs, conversion rates, and ROAS, and providing actionable insights for enhancement. 
  • Account Management – Managing communications and opportunities with current clients and understanding how to improve their digital assets  
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
