Cyber Communications and Awareness Analyst (AU Education Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST)

Skills Required:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, Education or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. 
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to create engaging and informative content. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills. 
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex information and develop effective solutions. 

• Creativity: Innovative approach to creating engaging and informative content. 

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. 

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. 

What will you do? 

• Develop engaging and informative content, including newsletters, articles, infographics, videos, and presentations, to promote cybersecurity awareness. 
• Training and Workshops: Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employees’ understanding of cybersecurity. 
• Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively disseminate cybersecurity information across the organization.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure that all communication and training materials comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations. 
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cyber awareness programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
