Financial Planning Assistant -Admin & Implementation (AU Finance, WFH)
Schedule: Monday- Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
- A background in finance, lending, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan of customers
- Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft
What will you do?
- Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed
- Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
- Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
- Drafting emails and client correspondence for adviser review
- Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks
- Liaising with providers or platforms (via email or phone) when necessary
- Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted
- Supporting other ad hoc tasks as required by the financial planning team
