Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment and/or experience in merchandising preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic- team focused environment.
- Strong administrative, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail Oriented, Organized, with the Ability to Multi-Task
- Analytical Mindset, Ability to interpret Data and Reporting Into Meaningful Business Outcomes.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Focus on Excel), Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
What will you do?
- Create & Categorize New Product
- Execute Pricing Based on client's directives and Pricing Rules
- Manage & Maintain Product Assortment Grid for all Categories and Vendors
- Coordinate Advertising Product Lists
- Ensure In Store Kiosk (Product Catalog) Stays Up to Date
- Assisting Merchandising Assortment Planner with Placing Commitment Purchase Orders for New Product
- Assist Store Planners with Communication Regarding Product Assortment Changes and Place PO’s For Stores to Receive Incoming Product
- Update System with Discontinued Items and Packages
- Responsible for the Bi-Weekly Merchandise Communication
- Assist with Merchandising projects, store openings, and store closings as needed
- Perform additional duties and assignments as requested
- Maintain effective internal relationships by using professional communication and efficient processes
- Uses CI tools to support improvement of quality, productivity and Merchandising metrics
