In this position, you will be a team member on a broader Executive IT Support team as well as on a cross-functional enterprise infrastructure operations team.Your responsibilities may include:• Provide deskside and remote support for personal computing environments• Perform technical support, assembly, installation, repairs of computers, printers, mobile devices, networking, and peripheral hardware assemblies• Basic troubleshooting of software - primarily the Microsoft O365 suite• Maintain and manage hardware inventories of IT assets - both on-site and remote• Handling technically complex desktop support issues• Work independently and partner with other IT support teams in Bartlesville and Houston to provide seamless support to users• Provide training and consultation to end users• Provide expertise in the selection of hardware and software solutions that maximize efficiency and meet customer needs while limiting security exposure• Implement small to medium projects and initiatives efficiently with minimal impact to customers.• Identify creative solutions to urgent technical challengesBasic/Required:• 5 or more years of experience in IT or Telecommunications support role• 3 or more years of experience in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft O365, Boardvantage, Board Excellence, ServiceNow, OneDrive for Business• Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodations) to safely perform physical activities such as lifting/moving equipment up to 30lbsPreferred:• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related field, or foreign equivalent• Intermediate knowledge of a broad range of technologies including WAN/LAN, COE desktop, core business applications, iOS mobility devices, and desktop products• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills with direct customer interaction• Willingness to continually learn• Professional interpersonal skills• Able to work well with local teams, global teams, and executives• Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right• Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical• Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
