You will play an instrumental role in improving the effectiveness of our website to drive new customer acquisition. You will participate in the coordination of web activities to ensure that the website () has a consistent look and feel and similar user experience.With millions of visitors each month, you'll have the opportunity to apply best practices and see the pages you build come to life for our customers and measure their success.Experience with a CMS is helpful but not required, we can train the right candidate.• This is a flexible hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in our Waltham or Boston, MA officeWhat You’ll Do:• As the Associate Product Manager you’ll be executing optimization initiatives that help convert prospects to customers for• Participate in the content delivery process of creation, QA, updating, publishing, and management of content for Constant Contact’s website in our Contentful CMS• Partner with our internal creative team and marketing stakeholders to craft their ideas into website pages• Participate in the coordination of web activities to ensure that the site has a consistent look and feel and a similar user experience strategy• Work closely with Website Platform Product Management to stay in sync with site changes across the organization• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally to support the site experience team across product, engineering, marketing, and design teams in a heavily matrixed role• Monitor key metrics and website behavior in Google Analytics and Quantum MetricWho You Are:• 2+ years of Product Management experience within marketing, content management, and/or web development• Hands on web development experience with markup (HTML) and presentation (CSS) is required• Experience with Jira, Contentful, and JavaScript or other project management and CMS tools• Experience with Optimizely, Google Analytics, etc.• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with product owners, stakeholders, designers, and front end developers• A passion for great work with the vision, instincts, and tenacity to make it happenThe specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus.
