HR Data Analyst
Constant Contact is looking for a smart, talented, and resourceful HRIS Analyst to join our People team. The position involves managing data/analytics requests, interpreting complex data sets, developing reporting systems for HR functions, and maintaining People systems for data integrity.
Skills
- Experience using HR data and HRIS products
- Strong background in Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Responsibilities
- Manage data/analytics requests and assemble reports for all levels of the business
- Develop both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting systems for HR functions and company-wide operations
- Audit and maintain People systems to ensure data integrity
- Provide expert-level support to end users and address system issues promptly
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
