Constant Contact is seeking a Recruiter to play a crucial role in the day-to-day success of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Skills
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in the job market
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders
- Results-driven and resourceful self-starter
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline in alignment with key hiring initiatives
- Support hiring managers and interview teams on hiring and interviewing best practices
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the interview process
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
