Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales enablement by creating slideware, brochures, and collateral for sales teams and events.
- Lead product web page builds, including drafting, copywriting, and managing technical releases/testing.
- Campaign execution: Implement ad and email campaigns (HubSpot/Salesforce), monitor performance, and optimize leads and cost-per-lead.
- Lead vetting: Review leads from the website, perform quality checks and research, and forward to sales staff; respond to initial inquiries and coordinate sales meetings.
- Research logistics: Assist the Product Innovation team with identifying research targets and supporting digital research efforts (e.g., keyword refinement, A/B testing).
- Social media execution: Deliver posts and campaigns based on guidance from the team.
- Content marketing: Improve page rankings through content pieces; collaborate with relevant reps.
- Event oversight: Manage event planning, sign-up, and logistics for key conferences (e.g., CanvasCon).
- Website updates: Coordinate with SEO specialist to align Construct Education/Online Education Services site updates and execute SEO/SEM improvements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Event coordination experience, especially for conferences
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media ad tools
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO/SEM
- Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- WordPress experience for updates would be beneficial
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to create persuasive collateral and content
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams, especially sales and product
Analytical & Organizational Skills
- Skilled in data analysis for campaign optimization and lead quality improvement
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple priorities and timelines
