Description & Requirements

This Consultant will play a key role in assisting our customers with the implementation of Infor Public Sector Solutions software. Infor Public Sector Suite is tailored to meet the complex industry demands of government and utilities—all with the benefit of cloud deployment. This includes customer service, asset and work management.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Perform unit testing on applications and support the client during System Test, UAT (user acceptance testing) and Production deployment.
Modify configuration and code as needed
Support client system and user acceptance testing
Play an active role in troubleshooting client issues
Assist with development of technical documentation, as needed.
Guide the solution configuration with US and Offshore resources based on design, using iterations of prototypes and testing to validate.
Potential travel of 50%

Required skills:

Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Web Services, APIs and other web technologies
Learn the IPS software product with the goal of beginning to provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of asset management and/or asset management software
Working knowledge of C#.net or VB.net
Experience working with Mobile Apps
Ability to consult with external customers and build effective relationships

Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA)
