Job Description:
Phreesia is looking for a Consultant, Client Services to join our team! You will be responsible for designing and implementing a solution, growing revenue through upsell opportunities, maintaining high conversion rates, and increasing overall client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will partner alongside Phreesia’s experienced Client Solutions team to fully engage the client at all levels, including executive, and work cross-functionally with departments like Product and Sales to execute specific initiatives designed to maximize business value for our clients. You will contribute to our mission by optimizing a solution that best fits the needs of our clients. Clients include primary care, single-specialty and multi-specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. The position interacts with clients virtually and/or on-site. What You'll Do:
  • Master technical product functionality to provide expert consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support, and post go-live optimization
  • Lead Phreesia implementation projects and maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and appropriate project scope, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client
  • Demonstrate necessary technical skills and the ability to understand and communicate details of client’s configuration, admin pages set up, integration, client workflow and other details of integrated product capabilities
  • Communicate effectively with current and prospective clients to understand the value Phreesia can bring to their organization, while conveying the ideal patient and staff experiences
  • Grow revenue by identifying clients that have the opportunity for add on/upsell products, demonstrate those products, then implement them
  • Pre and post go live, closely collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success and Deployment, to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution
  • Manage escalations, raising to senior leadership when appropriate
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Deviate from the project plan as necessary and offer creative approaches while gaining consensus from Executive Management to move projects forward Support and drive change management process and actively help to gain buy-in from peers on new initiatives
  • Maintain strong understanding of how the application is used and configured, including the ability to provide a product demonstration
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting or relevant roles, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology industry
  • Successful project manager with the ability to lead multiple large, complex projects at once
  • Ability to work with multiple customers at once to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
  • Superior leadership, influence, interpersonal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills
  • Comfortable with leading projects involving both ambulatory and acute facilities
Base pay for US is $92,400 - $100,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
