Consultant, Development (4.5-6 years)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 7 - 10 years of automation experience using C#, NUnit and MSTest Framework
• Good knowledge of API testing
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the existing test suite infrastructure using NUnit, MSTest framework.
• Resolve issues in existing test suite and optimize execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and quality assurance engineers, to understand project requirements and implement effective testing solutions.
• Optimize test execution time and efficiency by analyzing and refining test suite performance.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using the test automation framework, covering functional, regression, and integration testing scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize the test automation framework for improved efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot test automation issues, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
• Regularly review and update the test suite to ensure its alignment with software updates and changes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to analyze test results, report defects, and track their resolution using issue tracking systems.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline by integrating automated tests into the build and deployment process.
• Knowledge of setting up azure devops pipeline will be an added advantage.
