Businessolver is looking to bring on a Consumer Benefits File Analyst to join our team!

The Gig:

  • Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files
  • Complete all file reconciliation and errors
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends
  • Complete risk mitigation reporting to include ongoing audits
  • Support team in overflow of cases related to member data
  • Communicate daily to alert team of issues or red flags with client data or files; reviewing warnings, errors and file and identifying team members responsible for resolution
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Identify root cause of any systemic issues

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes is preferred
  • Experience within the Consumer Benefits, Benefit Administration (or related industries) is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience and understanding of FTP (File Transfer Protocol), file formats and specs
  • Comfort level with ETL (Extract Transform and Load) within SQL
  • Ability to work under pressure - you'll need to do high quality work and maintain your attention to detail under deadline
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
    • Proven experience with V LOOKUP & Pivot Tables
  • A confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards with an ability to follow system & operational process flows
  • Curiosity for days - We are looking for great question-askers
  • Be consistent – yet innovative! Have the desire to understand, follow and improve processes!

The pay range for this position is $50k to $60k (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
