Why you would love to work here!
"In August 2006, I started my journey with 1st Heritage Credit as a Customer Service Representative. I was recruited away from my current job with the dream of one day moving up within the company to become a Branch Manager. With hard work and the help of great leadership, I was promoted to Branch Manager in January 2013. What I love most is the ability to help our customers within our community, the fast-paced environment with a company that values their team members and has a great culture that feels like we are all family." -Carrie C., Branch Manager in Tennessee
"I started with the company in April of 2021 as an Account Manager with only Payday and Title Loan experience. With support and the proper training, 8 months later I was promoted to Assistant Manager in December of 2021. In February, the Branch Manager position was opened which led to yet another promotion in April of 2022. It feels great to work for a company where my hard work is noticed and appreciated with growth opportunities within the company." -Brittany W., Branch Manager in Louisiana
"The Diversity and Inclusion council has been a great learning experience. It helps ensure we remain active in every aspect of our community to celebrate our people as a whole community." -Jesse W., Store Manager in Canada
