Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver functional expertise in marketing, content, and engagement planning through activation.
Develop engagement strategy, plans and content approach for assigned Care Need and business segments.
Create compelling content that addresses customer concerns and positively influences brand perception, customer consideration, purchase decisions and supports loyalty and satisfaction.
Provide guidance about optimal formats, approaches, and assets for content delivery.
Collaborate with and act as advisor to global marketing, business, and region marketing stakeholders.
Understand value propositions and represent them in work with other teams and in assets delivered.
Partner with portfolio marketing managers, product marketing managers, product managers, clinical marketing, insights & analytics team, and agencies on asset creation and digital marketing strategies and tactics to realize and activate integrated campaigns and develop winning content.
Manage agencies: Support selection of the required agencies and suppliers. Provide optimal briefing and clear guidance through development and creation of all solutions assets and touchpoint deliverables.
Guard the brand, in close corporation with marketing, asset creation and agencies.
Have in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Take new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Manage timing and budget to deliver as scheduled and within expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 10+ years’ experience in related marketing or communications.
Digital marketing experience specifically email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing.
Degree in marketing, communications, or related area.
Healthcare B2B marketing experience required.
Strong at and enjoys both strategy and execution.
Understands how to measure effectiveness of deliverables and adapt for improvements.
Strong story and presentation development skills.
Able to make decisions independently based on thorough understanding and analysis of business objectives.
Knows how to work cross-functionally and identify synergies among teams.
Experience working in an international environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Ability to travel within the territory, up to 20%.

The salary range for this position is $120-170k annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
