Overview
Morning Brew is hiring a Content Engagement Manager to join the growth team. You will lead our efforts to make sure as many people as possible benefit from Morning Brew B2B content. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to operate and work cross-functionally across growth, editorial, sales and social. This role reports to the Director of Growth, B2B.
Morning Brew is based in New York City but this role is remote-friendly for all candidates.
What you’ll do:
- Build and execute multi-channel strategies to drive traffic and engagement to key editorial content, events and media
- Develop and oversee distribution strategies across multiple platforms that amplify and extend the reach of our editorial content via SEO, newsletters, social, partnerships, and more
- Create and oversee promotion plans tailored to specific pieces of content in collaboration with the revenue organization
- Implement and optimize the SEO strategy – research and define desired keywords and target audiences, partner with the editorial team to ensure all content is search engine optimized.
- Work closely with the social team to develop the best message to share stories
- Oversee internal cross-promotion for the B2B team, owning the promotion calendar and developing new processes to increase the reach of our content
- Partner with the analytics team to collect and analyze data to ensure delivery of higher engagement with audiences across different platforms.
- Monitor, analyze and report on metrics to measure success of engagement and promotion
What makes you qualified:
- 3-5 years experience in audience development, content marketing or promotion or related function
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
