We are searching for a social media connoisseur as our in-house Content Lead. You should have a deep understanding of what trends on different social media platforms and can translate our mission accordingly. Working in-depth with our Content Creators, you’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

• A community builder. You’ll be working with our team of content creators, so knowing how to play well with others and help each other produce great content is a must!

• Able to shift attention to different requests while maintaining focus on long-term marketing goals
• Eager to learn! You should be excited for the challenge and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to help users and create tools to improve the Rise experience.
• A self-starter! Our team is right here to work alongside you and we want to see you take on initiatives proactively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Our goals are endless, and we need someone who is excited to be along for the ride!
• Committed to working with a dedicated team full of dreamers who sometimes like to be goofy together

• Be Rise’s creative powerhouse!
• Take charge of increasing Rise’s brand awareness and understand our company’s vision, mission, and goals to communicate it to different audiences
• Produce high-quality and on-brand content consistently
• Communicate metrics of content and recommend strategies for different platforms
