We are looking for an experienced content marketer to help build brand awareness and drive company growth. You will be responsible for developing compelling content for the B2B market, aligned with the broader Marketing Content Strategy, to fuel our messaging with both intriguing Thought Leadership/Brand Content and content designed to drive product interest and lead generation at the top of funnel and mid-funnel. You will develop content to support our Brand and Product campaigns and events including guides and industry and health strategy insights, landing pages, case studies, polls, clinical content, content for webinars and events, pieces, blog and social posts (only corporate topics). Collaborate closely with the broader Corporate Marketing team, including Product Marketing, and the larger Marketing team to optimize how the content strategy supports and amplifies our corporate and product narratives and positioning with the right audiences in the right places at the right time.
You’re an excellent writer in a variety of forms and across a variety of mediums. You know how to communicate complex ideas in simple ways through a combination of storytelling and data. You have a history of delivering results in a cross-functional team environment.

Develop a corporate content marketing strategy aligned with the broader Marketing Content Strategy themes, across multiple channels and formats to bring brand and products to market

Develop and maintain content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

Develop campaign content assets in collaboration with Creative and Growth for segments and stage (including brand awareness); supports both Growth and Prospect/Client; content marketing initiatives to support top of funnel and mid funnel success

Develop a deep understanding of Included Health and maintain knowledge of latest industry trends and customer challenges to build more effective content strategy and calendar

Produce high-quality content including articles, white papers, blogs, infographics, one-pagers, and web copy

Continuously measure and improve content performance

Push the business to adopt new strategies and forms of content through frequent testing and exploration of new content formats and channels for distribution

5+ years of Content Marketing experience, ideally in the employer health benefits space or working with large enterprise buyers

Proficient in producing and deploying content through a variety of channels and platforms (including email, advertising, web, events and webinars)

Understanding of web publishing requirements.
