This role can be fully remote, on-site as clients/business requires.

A proficient Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for inbound/outbound marketing content strategy and oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content aligned to the buyer’s journey and business unit goals. The ideal candidate will need to show proficiency and expertise on key Wolters Kluwer Enablon topics such as ESG, GRC, EHS, and Operational Excellence, among others.
This individual will direct the planning of content such as blogs٫ social media٫ and marketing collateral and content including expert insights, videos, webinars, case studies, etc. This position would be a great fit for a creative marketing professional looking to put their writing and strategic thinking background to use.
Content development٫ with the intent of generating demand from prospects and customers٫ will be a large part of this position. Content developed needs to be fresh٫ up to date٫ and engaging for the customer. Being current on new technologies and marketing trends is vital to success in this role. The expansion of the company’s digital footprint is your ultimate goal٫ along with brand awareness and demand generation.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content aligned to the buyer’s journey and business unit goals
  • Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of the company and aligns with our image and reputation
  • Collaborate with Enablon product marketing and field marketing teams to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time
  • Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, industry experts, videographers, and other industry professionals
  • Create thought leadership content around key Enablon topics such as ESG, GRC, EHS and Operation Excellence.
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement٫ while receiving and responding to feedback from customers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarize yourself with Enablon's brand ideals and website to create content that supports our objectives and identity
  • Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
  • Proficiency in٫ and use of٫ of SEO and Google Analytics required
  • Edit٫ proofread٫ improve٫ and deliver engaging content to customers and prospects regularly
