Gong is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Content team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling content that helps to attract, educate, and convert revenue leaders – all while upholding the Gong brand narrative and voice. You will work cross-functionally to bring innovative content to life that helps revenue leaders transform their organizations and drive growth. You are a data-driven, B2B SaaS content marketer that is excited to drive content strategy, develop content yourself, and measure the effectiveness of your content programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a key custodian of the Gong brand narrative and framework, leveraging it to reach our core audiences
  • Understand revenue leaders and sellers alike in order to develop compelling content and distribution strategies to successfully engage those personas at different stages of the funnel and customer lifecycle
  • Partner with and advise campaigns and product marketing teams to develop messaging and content tactics to maximize awareness, engagement, and demand
  • Roll up your sleeves to edit and write content across a variety of platforms and formats, from blog posts and guides to social media posts and landing pages
  • Collaborate to manage resources required to successfully execute content projects (freelancers, agencies, cross-functional resources)
  • Exhibit advanced editorial craftsmanship, data storytelling, and copywriting skills
  • Stay abreast of content and social media trends and make recommendations to optimize Gong’s content strategy
  • Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure, share, and optimize content performance
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of proven content marketing experience and results with a B2B software company, with preferred experience in the revenue technology industry
  • Excellent editorial, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong collaborator and easy to work with across teams
  • Ability to think strategically and “Favor the Long Term”
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and get things done
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and defining new programs/processes when we’re doing something for the first time
