An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our SEO and Content team, to further develop and expand our project management function in the US. The ideal candidate will be an incredible project manager with exemplary organizational skills and a track record of working with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects to deadline. You will have a passion for digital marketing, content marketing, and have agency experience. You will be tenacious with a keen eye for detail and be enthusiastic about leading continuous improvement initiatives.
The purpose of this role is to bring increased rigor and standardization of processes to the agency business, improving efficiency for both client delivery and internal operations. To implement best practices for content deliverables planning, timelines and stakeholder management.
End-to-end process management - deliverables, timelines, checking delivery vs. scope, holding internal stakeholders (account managers, copy editors, content strategists) accountable.
Track tasks and deliverables and updates due dates on a regular basis. Red flags overdue items.
Develop and manage timelines for internal and client approval to ensure all steps are accounted for
Client communication - establish recurring communication cadence with clients
Onboarding - sets up an onboarding planner to integrate new clients into the agency. Ensures the plan is updated on a regular basis.
Introduce consistency and best practice in terms of ways of working across teams regarding processes and workflow management
Encouraging seamless working relationships between internal stakeholders, expectation management through constant communication is essential
Within the role, regularly demonstrate the company values of passion, imagination and integrity
Supports Account Management team with execution when required
3+ years of previous experience in project management
Degree level education or relevant PM equivalent qualification/experience
Use of project management tools (Forecast, Airtable) for task and time resource management
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Highly skilled at managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
Comfortable speaking with clients
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, to help manage multi-discipline projects spanning the services we provide
