We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze, and input product information into Paradigm’s Product Information Management (PIM) system.
What You Will Do:
- You will be responsible for adding new brands and products to our PIM and making changes to existing product data.
- You will manage product lifecycles, including scoping out content requirements, production, testing, and ongoing refinement.
- You will take ownership for data quality and accuracy by proofreading and editing content in preparation for publication.
- You will verify that the required data are provided prior to adding or updating products.
- You will be responsible for the intake of supplier files and ensuring that they are in the correct format.
- You will work cross-functionally to optimize content and will communicate concerns / updates to both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- You will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience of experience working with data.
- You have a knack for documenting technical concepts in written form.
- You are a critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
- You have strong customer service skills and can communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively (both written & verbally).
- You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- You are agile; able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are self-motivated and resourceful and have strong interpersonal skills; able to work individually as well as with a team.
- You have the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.
- You are able to obtain a passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required. Travel can range anywhere from 0-10% domestically (generally).
