About the position:
Sword Health is looking for a Content Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role for B2B marketing at Sword, as we look to define our brand DNA and tone of voice and take big content swings in the name of our mission. The ideal candidate is a digital content creator meets copy wizard, who can create highly compelling and effective original messaging and content that isn’t just seen but felt. We’re looking for someone who is confident moving at speed, but careful enough to get things right.

What you’ll do:
  • Create copy across all B2B marketing campaigns, writing engaging, effective copy for a range of deliverables including: our blog, white papers and one pagers, email marketing campaigns, original webinars, and other deliverables as needed
  • Develop content that effectively supports Sword Health’s value propositions and points of differentiation, iterating to appeal to various personas across the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with designers, our clinical team, our product team, and others to champion the Sword brand voice
  • Be totally word and messaging obsessed!

What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in content management and copywriting
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in creating content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives and quarterly team objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively across an organization, including other senior level team members
  • A perpetual sense of curiosity and ability to thrive in a start-up environment and quickly shift and adapt to an evolving environment
  • A critical eye for great design with an ability to clearly communicate and inspire your team and partners

We’d love to see:
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize articles and increase visibility
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
