Contentful’s Customer Support Engineers assist customers in building digital experiences, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

Experience with support processes and ticketing systems
Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS integrations
Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, Python, and others
Strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Assist customers with Contentful-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Escalate issues to the Engineering team when necessary
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent support

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
