Revenue Operations Analyst (f/m/d)

Contentful is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team, supporting the Sales organization by providing analytical insights and improving operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Experience using Tableau.
Basic understanding of SQL.

Responsibilities

Establish and track KPIs to measure AE success.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis for business performance.
Maintain and create reports and models for Revenue Operations.
Serve as the Planning owner for Account Executives.
Develop and maintain documentation for business rhythm reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
