As Demand Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive our marketing engine. You’ll work with the team to create multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with sales to generate a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads. Leveraging paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media, you’ll build and execute account-based marketing campaigns to drive real, measurable results. No pressure.

Design, execute, and optimise campaigns that target ideal customer profiles and decision-makers in the B2B SaaS space.
Manage and optimise all paid media channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Lead the development of high-performing email nurture programs and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
Create and refine landing pages to maximise campaign conversions.
Work closely with sales and product marketing to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative, compelling messaging to support campaigns.
Analyse and optimise campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expertise in ABM strategies, digital advertising platforms, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
Proficiency in SEO tools and tactics, with the ability to integrate them into broader campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling campaign materials.
Experience with CRO and optimising websites and landing pages for performance in Webflow.

A day in the life
Your Monday kicks off with a coffee (or tea) in hand as you join the Marketing stand-up, setting the tone for the day. Whether working remotely or in the Amsterdam office, you align with the team—Marian (Automation Specialist), Penny (Content Marketer), Nike (Social Media), and Thomas (Head of Marketing)—to check in, discuss blockers, and review the current sprint.
Time to strategise! You’re brainstorming a multi-channel campaign targeting SaaS companies in Germany. Working with Penny, you ensure the messaging is compelling and consistent across LinkedIn Ads, targeted email sequences, and a webinar series. You make a plan to engage decision-makers from our target account list. Collaborating with sales, product, and CSM teams, you take charge of ABM campaign execution, blending creativity and strategy to drive results.
After lunch, you focus on designing a nurture email sequence to convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads. You work with the team to ensure messaging reflects our platform’s latest updates, reinforcing its value to prospective clients.
Later, you dive into live campaigns, checking performance and making tweaks where needed. A quick Slack sync with our B2B Marketing partner, Unmuted, helps fine-tune advertising setup or automation flows. Before wrapping up, you align with Penny and Nike on content needs for upcoming GTM campaigns, briefing any localisation or creative tasks through the Contentoo platform.
