As our Interim Sales Team Lead, you’ll guide a team of five Account Executives. Your mission? Keep the energy and environment positive and motivate the team to hit those targets. You’ll give each team member the support and autonomy they need to thrive—that’s how they’ll do their best work.
We are Contentoo, a fast-growing, Amsterdam-based scale-up with a mission: connect the top 3% of content creators, translators, designers, and strategists with global brands. Through our platform, global companies like Sendcloud, Moss, and Team.Blue connect with talent to create compelling content, supported every step of the way by our dedicated Customer Success team. Lead the team
Keep the team sharp through daily coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 check-ins.
Dig into deal and pipeline reviews to refine questioning, strengthen objections, and polish negotiation skills.
Keep performance tracking crystal clear with optimized dashboards.
Fine-tuning the process
Implement a data-driven sales approach that keeps us efficient and effective.
Refine the sales tools, outbound approach, KPIs, and incentive structure to meet our 2025 targets (and no, we’re not waiting until the last minute!).

Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to grow the business, minimize acquisition costs, and make sure clients stick around for the long haul.

Experience: 7+ years in sales, including 3+ years leading teams, ideally in B2B sales or business development.
Leadership style: You know how to build a collaborative, target-focused team where people enjoy coming to work.
Communication & stakeholder management: Strong partnership skills with other teams; fluent in English.
Analytical skills: Skilled in sales data analysis, setting KPIs, and turning numbers into actionable insights.
Adaptability: Fast-paced environment? No problem—you’ve got a solution-focused mindset.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Kick off the day with coffee and a glance over the pipeline. Which deals are in the bag, which ones need a nudge, and where could a quick role-play help? After that, it’s onto 1:1s, where you’ll catch up with the team. You like to make sure they feel supported and empowered to make their own decisions, so you try to give them autonomy while still guiding them in the right direction.
After lunch, it’s a quick call with our CEO, Wisse, to chat through team results, what’s progressing, and any new ideas. It’s not all smooth sailing (we all have the odd deal that goes sideways), but you keep the team motivated, coming up with new ways to keep moving forward.
