As the Marketing Automation Manager you lead the adoption of a Marketing cloud platform(s) within our organization, test and scale Marketing automation tools that drive customer acquisition and retention. With a strong understanding and experience of marketing technology and best practices you turn business requirements into reality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need to continuously improve the customer experience.
The objective is to automate personalized marketing activities and journey orchestration for lead nurturing and increasing cross-/upselling potential.
This role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from creating and presenting the business case to senior leadership to overseeing the implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensuring successful deployment.

The role is posted as located in Madrid (Spain), but other countries could be considered.
