Position Summary:
The successful Contract and Reporting Specialist will work with and support the operations and client success functional areas and associated management by providing a high level of quality contract management and data reporting for the SEC Programs. This role is responsible for activation and oversight of MOU’s and contracts, in collaboration with field team, legal, customers, and stakeholders. Reporting on metrics, and activity in response to routine scheduled requirements.
The Contract and Reporting Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth goals, which is achieved by accurate and quality contract submissions that activate partnership, vendor, and client agreements.
Essential Functions:

Supporting new expansion opportunities through timely submission and follow-up on MOU’s and contracts.

Following procedures and maintain delivery deadlines for all metrics, measurement, and activity reports as well as any special project requests.

Understanding internal needs and offering solutions and support with Agiloft, metrics, and measurement.

Creating and maintaining Agiloft records and ensuring teams are making timely updates and identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Proactively supporting internal clients with training and support for use of systems when areas for improvement are identified. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics and making these available to stakeholders as requested.

Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.), as needed.

Assisting in the development and monitoring of standard operating procedures for identified systems and reports (Salesforce, Agiloft, CRM, reports, etc.)

May support monitoring of pipelines with channel partners and team members to close opportunities and ensure prompt onboarding of MOU/contract requests.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.

2+ years’ experience in Contract and Reporting supporting role.

Demonstrated proficiency in data collection and reporting required.

Strong Analytical Skills.

Experience with Excel reporting capabilities and functions, pivot tables, etc.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Travel: Minimal travel.
Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency. Compensation Range:
Hourly: $24.86 - $32.32
