Contract Order Administrator

Job Description
BAE Systems Electronic Systems sector is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our organization in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and provide vital support to the Contracts team. This role will be in a hybrid work format. As an Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and entry. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will contribute to the smooth functioning of our contracts department.

Responsibilities

Order processing: Receive and review purchase orders, sales orders, and other relevant documentation from the Contract Manager. Verify order accuracy and enter order into Oracle in a timely manner.

Customer Support: Collaborate with the Contract Manager, Program Manager, Operations and Shipping to resolve any order-related inquires or issues promptly. Maintain effective communication channels to facilitate information flow between teams.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in order processing, contract administration or related field.
Familiarity with contract terms and legal agreements.
