Contracts Manager

HighRadius is seeking a Contracts Manager to help the Legal department support our continued growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support organizations by drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of customer contracts, and providing solutions-oriented contract support. The Contracts Manager position supports all stages of the contract lifecycle, from the initial request-for-proposal through contract negotiation, execution, and the duration of the contract.

Essential duties of the position:

  • Works independently to negotiate, draft, review, and revise a range of contractual documents at a high-volume capacity, with fast turnaround times;
  • Drafts commercial and legal language changes for contractual documents during the negotiation process;
  • Identifies and mitigates business and legal risks, and ensures appropriate internal approvals have been obtained;
  • Works with both HighRadius and third party contract templates;
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Support, Consulting, and Finance teams) to ensure alignment between business needs and contract terms;
  • Supports the performance of existing contracts by interpreting contract provisions;
  • Provides legal responses to RFP;
  • Works with other members of the Legal department to identify solutions to novel requests.

Desired requirements:

  • 4 year bachelors degree required, JD or paralegal certificate a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in SaaS or the technology industry;
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts, including SaaS agreements;
  • Strong analytical, risk analysis and problem solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience of working with a CLM system a plus
