Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and documenting various third party contractual relationships, including;
- non-disclosure agreements
- Licensing agreements
- services and purchase agreements
- marketing agreements
- amendments
- work orders
- statements of work
- Developing mechanisms to track transactions and help clients address legal issues at scale; and coordinating with internal and external customers and outside counsel.
- working with the field, sales leadership, sales ops and the finance office to finalize proposal including deal terms.

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or in-house legal department, with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and SharePoint.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous in-house legal experience is a plus.
- Experience related to marketing, talent agreements, and technology companies is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment
- Self-starter with strong bias for action and keen attention to detail
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with process control and improvement mechanisms, including standardization and simplification efforts
