WHO IS NOW CFO LOOKING FOR

NOW CFO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our AUSTIN team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of accounting management experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or energy industry is preferred. The candidate should also have experience with ERP implementation or migration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
• Assist with ERP implementation or migration

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of accounting management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or energy industry
• Experience with ERP implementation or migration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
