This role is an opportunity to bring your global experience and leadership of full-cycle accounting to guide, coach and develop a high-performing team to fully own all aspects of the company’s corporate accounting function. We are looking for an energetic strategic thinker who is intrigued by the challenge of the multifaceted aspects of a fast-growing international corporation. In addition to management of the accounting team, the Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of Simpplr including the production of timely and accurate financial reports, maintenance of an accurate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, ensuring the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and maintaining compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
You will support and coach our team in a hands-on environment where all team members are vested in the mission and taking part in the integrity of our finances. This role is responsible for all accounting functions of Simpplr including the following:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $176,000 - $216,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
