Convene is seeking a full-time AV Operations Specialist to join our Operations team, exemplifying a passion for Hospitality, Events, and AV Technology to deliver excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide and support all services delivering technology to customers.
- Troubleshoot AV equipment and personal computer hardware.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and assist with their requests.

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
