Conduct needs assessments/gap analyses and evaluate effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Proactively identify areas for improvement based on data insights.
Provide direction and coaching to learning designers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on corporate and functional development needs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Master’s degree preferred
