Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Convera is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning and Development to lead impactful L&D programs that drive employee growth and engagement. This role includes managing a team and aligning business and learning strategies.

Skills

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end L&D strategy program development and implementation.
Conduct needs assessments/gap analyses and evaluate effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Proactively identify areas for improvement based on data insights.
Provide direction and coaching to learning designers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on corporate and functional development needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Master’s degree preferred
