Overview:
Desired results of the job:
This position will perform core activities at the Assembly lines to produce coolers of the highest quality.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize hot stamp, heat transfer, and silk-screening methods on coolers.

Make minor adjustments to products by using screw-guns, case sealer, stencil device strap/sleeve wrap machine, packaging/tape machine, and applying labels.
- Operate basic assembly equipment.
- Palletize at the end of the line without creating a bottleneck.

Provide daily maintenance of equipment (adding oil to screw gun and etc.).

Reaming/installation for spigots and drain plugs.

Assemble tow handle/axles and hinge pins.

Make minor adjustments to equipment.

Frequently check part quality on every cooler.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Assist in and maintain 5S practices.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Education: High School diploma or equivalency.
-
Experience: Previous manufacturing assembly experience.

Work environment: Hot & humid in summer months, cold during winter. High noise requiring use of hearing protection.

Physical Ability: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hr. shift; Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to push up to 80 lbs. on rollers or wheels. Minimum height requirement of 60 inches.

English language skills: Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Math skills: Able to count.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: One (1) year manufacturing assembly experience

Familiar with Industrial products.
